Mock criminal trial involving a CIH and contractor charged with Conspiracy, Violation of Clean Air Act. This Federal Case charges the CIH and contractor with conspiring to issue false asbestos worker certificates and falsifying asbestos results. The contractor is charged with exposing workers to asbestos materials without PPE. He is also charged with exposing the public to asbestos material by dumping asbestos material into a public landfill. You might be selected as a juror to help decide this case. A judge will explain the burden of proof in a criminal case.
